ClassTag Gazette: October 2020
Happy October! Fall breeze, autumn leaves! Or is it stressed, blessed and pumpkin-obsessed? Either way, grab…
Ahh, spring. The time of year that can bring teachers a load of mixed feelings. Excitement for the warming weather, stress about state testing, as well as both sadness and joy for the completion of the school year. As the world begins to awaken and grow around us, it’s time for us to do a little growing ourselves.
Throughout the last few months, our teacher users have been planting little seeds of feedback about the ClassTag experience, and it’s time for them to see their ideas sprouting! We are very pleased to announce some brand new updates to our ClassTag app – inspired by our users.
No more cluttering up your calendar! We’ve made an update allowing you to add all-day events with no time constraints. This will be a perfect option for adding things such as holidays, leaving the time slots for that day clear for other items if needed. All day events can span multiple days without having any time associated with them. All you have to do is click “All Day” when creating a new event.
We’re here for you! We recently migrated our Help Center to a new platform and we’ve reorganized and rewritten the content to be even more useful. Visit our newly designed online Help Center here, where you can find advice and answers from the ClassTag Team.
Awaiting a message from a parent about a specific student? Now your notifications will tell you exactly who just messaged you! This may help you save time by determining if a message is urgent or not and whether you need to stop what you are doing in order to respond.
Also, don’t forget our trusty Teacher Facebook Group, where you can interact directly with other users and ClassTag team members.
As always, your feedback is appreciated! Let us know how we’re doing and what we can do to improve your ClassTag experience. We’ve got even more great updates in the works and we’ll be sure to share them with you here once they launch!
