ClassTag Gazette: October 2020
Happy October! Fall breeze, autumn leaves! Or is it stressed, blessed and pumpkin-obsessed? Either way, grab…
ClassTag automated translation is now available for teachers and parents everywhere! Now ClassTag can help educators reach every parent in the language they understand and break down the language barriers between school and home. Parents invited to ClassTag start receiving all communications in their preferred language, including invitations, announcements, conversations, weekly newsletters – across all channels – email, SMS or using web and apps. This means all parents can be included in the school life and teachers no longer need to spend countless hours translating content.
In multicultural classrooms, overcoming language and cultural barriers becomes a part of the teacher’s job descriptions, but without the right tools, truly connecting with non-English speaking parents is a real challenge. Teachers will often dedicate hours to translating key messages, but the parents still don’t feel as connected as they don’t receive all the communications. Automated translation within ClassTag resolves this problem
