ClassTag Gazette: October 2020
Happy October! Fall breeze, autumn leaves! Or is it stressed, blessed and pumpkin-obsessed? Either way, grab…
We know that with the end of the school year coming up you have a ton of things to be excited about. Mind if we add one more? Because we’re pretty excited about the latest updates to the ClassTag app!
Let us walk you through them.
No one wants to work 24/7! The last thing we need when we finally find some downtime at home or on vacation is to have our phone pinging in the background. That’s why we’ve created the option for you to select your Office Hours in your ClassTag account settings.
This will temporarily disable push notifications and all email and SMS will be queued to send at the beginning of the office hours that you set (i.e. after your morning coffee or a much needed weekend out of town).
Parents will also be notified that you will not be answering their message immediately.
We hope this helps you get one step closer to that perfect work-home life balance!
Simple. Straightforward. Inclusive. That’s what we’re aiming for! ClassTag already translates your communications to parents into 50+ languages, based upon their preference. We now want users to experience this incredible feature right from the start. When a new user sets up their account on ClassTag, they will be notified about verifying their email address based on the language that they set.
Can you think of a better way to be welcomed to your new parent-teacher communication app?
There you have it! We hope you can finish the year off with a bang, knowing that we’ve always got your back.
Your feedback is appreciated! Let us know how we’re doing and what we can do to improve your ClassTag experience. We’ve got even more great updates in the works and we’ll be sure to share them with you here once they launch.
